Agent statistics

The statistics section displays statistics by agent.

In this section, you can view a search area and select the type of statistic you want to generate.

The table displays the following columns:

Column	Description
Agent	displays the agent’s name.
Completed	displays the number of tickets completed by the agent: (completed tickets / total number of tickets).
Canceled	displays the number of tickets canceled by the agent: (canceled tickets / total number of tickets).
Service time	displays the agent’s total service time.
Waiting time	displays the agent’s total waiting time.
Total time	displays the sum of service time and waiting time.

These reports can be exported to CSV, so users can make adjustments or changes to the exported data.
