Department statistics

The statistics section displays statistics by department.

In this section, you can view a search area and select the type of statistic you want to generate.

The table displays the following columns:

Column	Description
Branch	displays the name of the branch where the topic is located.
Department	displays the name of the department where the topic is located.
Completed	displays the number of tickets that were completed: (completed tickets / total number of tickets).
Canceled	displays the number of tickets that were canceled: (canceled tickets / total number of tickets).
Service time	displays the total service time of the listed topic.
Waiting time	displays the total waiting time of the listed topic.
Total time	displays the sum of service time and waiting time.

These reports can be exported to CSV, so users can make adjustments or changes to the exported data.
